f0ck Telegram bot needs video and audio download directly from Telegram.

Currently it only supports images and only when they're compressed, this is not good, you can't send uncrompressed images to f0ck, you can't send any video or audio file to f0ck, you need to upload the file elsewhere to provide f0ck a url to deal with.
