Telemenu: Improve ducking feature
Apply ducking state on teleported player only when the teleportation point is saved by a ducking player. This feature fix possibles errors that could happen with games that don't use crouch, like ESF, NNK... And for game like Counter-Strike 1.6, this is more logic.
